I began our three days of training unsure what to expect. As we passed a globe around the room and introduced ourselves, I was quickly intimidated. The 31 of us (with a 32nd stuck in her home country due to political instability) were from around the world and were not your typical conference attendees. We were from 23 different countries. Among the group were Elected Officials, Chairmen, CEOs, Philanthropists, Artists, Innovators, Professors, Consultants, Editors, and Inventors. We spent time talking about leadership, our goals for our fellowships and our dreams for a better world we'll make on our return. I will now admit that I began our three days intimidated, but I leave our three days inspired. I wish all my new friends the best of luck as most of us begin our tours tomorrow.
